Dr. Alain Chaney holds a PhD in Finance with a focus on real estate risks, which he explored during his doctoral studies at the University of Geneva. Over the past 20 years, he has gained extensive experience in both specialist and leadership roles within the finance and real estate sectors. His recognized expertise in real estate and his innovative strength have earned him several awards – including being named one of the “100 Minds of the Real Estate Industry,” the “Digital Top 10” award, and the “RICS Best Paper Award.”

Since 2016, Alain has been with Wüest Partner, where he was responsible for establishing the Bern office. Today, he is a Partner and a member of the Group Executive Board. In this role, he drives the data- and technology-driven transformation of the real estate industry – amongst others with the leading software platform Wüest Dimensions.
